All of the Fish and Shell Fish served before you tonight were caught using E.U approved Methods and were landed in the last 36 hours. We do not source any of our fish from Boats that we consider damage the natural habitat, using dredging or trawling techniques. All of the Shell Fish is Hand Dived and the rest of our Fish is either line caught locally or from Lyme Bay by Boats using new safety nets and other Eco friendly Fishing Methods.
